- Guests
- The people you invite to your event. The exact wording depends on the event type.

- Corporate & gala: Attendees
- Schedule
- The running order of the day — its moments and their times. Named differently per event type.
- Wedding: Schedule

- Corporate & gala: Agenda
- Party
- A sub-grouping of attendees who reply together (often a household). Named differently per event type.
- Wedding: Party

- Moment
- A single part of the event — the ceremony, dinner, an after-party — with its own time, place and guest list.
- RSVP
- A guest’s reply to your invitation. Convivo collects RSVPs through per-party links that need no login.
- Event Wall
- The live, full-screen slideshow of guest photos you can project at the reception as the gallery fills.
- Theme
- A hand-crafted preset that restyles your whole site, invitations and photo wall — fonts, colors and motifs — in one click.
